Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band may be my second favorite Beatles album behind Rubber Soul. Rubber Soul was the Beatles first sort of psychedelic rock album but Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club band was definitely just that. “Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds” makes you feel like you are on acid, or at least that John was when he wrote it, which is not actually true. It is by far one of my favorite songs to listen to on good speakers and is one that I remember my dad playing a lot when we were kids. I thought this was his favorite song because he played it so much.

I remember very distinctly singing “With A Little Help From My Friends” in the kitchen with my friends while we did dishes. We were all raised on the Beatles and Sgt Peppers was one we all listened to a lot. It was always the most interesting one to listen to, there is just so much going on.
